"Merry Christmas"

Nestled in the foot hills of the northern Oregon coast range lies a magical Christmas tree farm. Loch Lolly Christmas Forest comes to life every holiday season. Families and friends come in search each year for the perfect Christmas tree. Twenty-eight acres of trees await you, all accessible by gravel roads. Santa sits in his antique sleigh on the front porch of our holiday store on weekends waiting for the children to come visit with him.

Next to our beautiful lake is our warming shelter along with a large hot fire, where we serve hot chocolate and coffee, that is sure to help take the chill off when you have found your perfect tree. Greenery along with ornaments and gifts can be found in our holiday store.

My name is Steve Black and I am a Lieutenant with the Cornelius Fire Department.  I am also the coordinator of our annual Holiday Assistance Program.  Along with gathering and distributing toys and food to over 400 people during Christmas time; the firefighters "adopt" several families and take them for a shopping trip using donations and fundraising money.  This year we adopted four families and your company was generous enough to allow us to have four Christmas trees with stands.  I wanted to express my gratitude for you donation.  The families were thrilled to be able to have a Christmas tree this year especially one six year old girl.

Thanks for exemplifying the holiday spirit.

Last Saturday... we delivered trees, stands and some sweet treats to some families having hard times!  Note all the smiles on the attached photo essay for Trees of Hope.  You were a sponsor... a very valued partner.
We appreciate your friendship... and the opportunity to serve you!

Hi, I wanted to let you know we had a wonderful experience cutting our Christmas tree at your farm. We have been out your way in the past. We decided to head out to your in pursuit of the Nordeman variety. We had my parents, my sisters and my 2 year old daughter in tow. We found fabulous trees just feet from the road. It was difficult to choose with so many wonderful trees available.  We hauled our trees just a short way to a truck bailing trees. The gentlemen there were very nice and helpful. We visited Santa. My two year old daughter enjoyed visiting with Santa. He was so friendly and captured the spirit of Santa so naturally. Our photos were ready quickly and they looked great. Reindeer and bunnies were a hit too! We had such a wonderful experience despite the below freezing temperatures. Thank you! We will be back for years to come.

Merry Christmas!
Sincerely,
Ashley Bankston

We just wanted to say thank you for our beautiful tree!  We were lucky familyThompson Family- Baril-2
number 35 last Saturday.  Cutting our tree is long family tradition and we've been coming to Loch Lolly since the twins were small.  I've attached a photo of us choosing our perfect tree.  Thanks again, and congratulations on 35 years of providing a great experience for families.

Scott Moore took some pictures of the trees we got from your farm and asked me to send them to you. The trees are absolutely beautiful. The outside tree is the one that you donated to our church.
Thank you very much for your generosity.

In 1976 my wife and I with, our little daughter, moved out to Oregon from New York City, our new friends brought us to Loch Lolly for our first U-Cut tree ever. It was dark, cold and windy but we loved the idea so much that we have been coming back every year since for a total of 35 Years!  This year was our first year without any of our kids but it was just as special as all the years prior.  Hopefully within a couple of years we will continue the tradition by bringing our grand children.  We just love the atmosphere, hot chocolate and fire near the pond with the quaint gift shop, glad you enlarged the fire pit area!

Thanks again for another great year and Tree!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all at Loch Lolly!

Hello, I wanted to let you guys know how thrilled I am that you are still open and serving the Portland community. My earliest Christmas memory is my parents shoving my brother and I into the old '77 Ford and driving up to your farm for a candy cane, a visit to Santa and (most importantly) a fresh tree.  It usually took the four of us awhile to settle on one tree but we did it every year until we moved north to Washington.

I recently googled loch lolly and found your website.  Thank you so much for the priceless memories; keep doing what you do.  I'm almost 30 (and live in Ohio) now but I can't begin to tell you how magical those times at your farm were.  Keep up the good work; it makes a difference!

Hello! I just wanted to drop you a quick note and say thank you!  On Saturday, we visited Loch Lolly for the first time ever and it was wonderful!  We will definitely come back next year (even though we live near Boring, OR).  The service was just wonderful and the selection of trees was great too!  A special thank you to the gentleman and woman in the gift store for locating an extra rocking horse for our daughter (as she wanted one just like the one her brother had picked out).  It is so nice to see that there are still some exceptional people out there!  THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!!
P.S.  Santa was AWESOME!!! The best one we've every seen!

I just wanted to tell you how many wonderful Christmas memories I had as a child at Loch Lolly.  I loved it so much and being in Georgia now, miss it terribly.
Have a lovely holiday season!
